Since launching Southwest Smiles, we've grown exponentially, thanks to our commitment to blending state-of-the-art technology with a heartfelt dedication to patient care. Our clinic stands as a testament to thousands of hours of education and a relentless pursuit of excellence, all aimed at delivering an unparalleled patient experience.
Reflecting on my dental career, which began after graduating from the University of Alberta's dental program in 2006, I've been privileged to wear many hats, including that of a clinical instructor at my alma mater. This role reinforced my belief in the profound impact of teaching on learning, challenging me to delve deeper into the fundamentals of dentistry alongside bright, inquisitive students.
My professional journey took a significant turn at Meadowlark Dental Centre, under the mentorship of Dr. Ken Luft and Dr. Ed McIntyre. It was here that my fascination with surgery and dental implants deepened, leading to a fruitful partnership with Nobel Biocare. Unexpectedly, this collaboration propelled us to become one of their top partners, a milestone that underscores our clinic's commitment to pioneering dental solutions.
Despite the advancements and accolades, my passion for general dentistry remains unwavering. The joy of my practice comes from the bonds formed with families—bonds I hope to nurture across generations. My philosophy centers on providing lifelong, comprehensive care, with treatment plans designed not just for immediate results but for enduring oral health.
